D-Day Anniversary

A random post on Facebook just reminded me that today is the anniversary of D-Day. This has special meaning for me, because of my Grandma’s connection to that day. (You can read more about my grandma and her story in this post).

So today I’m sending out my thank you’s and prayers to my grandmother. And all of those that gave their lives, and their families who dealt with loss after the beaches cleared.
